Fitness age is determined by evaluating 5 major factors: an individual's cardiovascular health, muscle strength, grip strength, mobility, and body composition.
The online calculator to count a person's Fitness Age is available on Healthypedia's website to the participants of the Fitness Age project. They can access it by entering their personal Coach Code.
